University of Advancing Technology hosts top tech mixer to start 2025.

A Night of Networking and Innovation

The 1st Quarter VIP Tech Mixer at the University of Advancing Technology (UAT) was a night to remember! With a sold-out crowd of tech leaders, entrepreneurs, and innovators, the evening buzzed with energy as guests connected over great food, drinks, and shared ambitions.

Hosted in partnership with the Arizona Technology Council, the event provided a vibrant space for industry professionals to exchange ideas, explore new collaborations, and strengthen Arizona’s growing tech ecosystem. From seasoned executives to rising talent, the mixer underscored the power of community in driving innovation forward.

UAT’s cutting-edge campus in Tempe served as the perfect backdrop for conversations spanning cybersecurity, AI, robotics, and emerging tech trends. Attendees explored the university’s immersive, hands-on learning environment, reinforcing its role as a key player in shaping the future of STEM education. UAT also showed off it's latest project, Rolo, to much fanfare. The green robot, a partnership between UAT and the Arizona SciTech Institute, was a big hit and danced the night away.

Adding value to the evening, Desert Forged Media offered free professional headshots—a popular stop for attendees looking to refresh their digital presence. Meanwhile, Perimeter83, UAT’s tech-focused co-working and innovation hub, showcased its versatile workspace and advanced services for growing tech companies.
